Katherine McKinlay is a Principal Transport Policy Officer at the Greater London Authority where she develops, delivers and monitors elements of the Mayor’s Transport Strategy and key Mayoral initiatives. She is responsible for road safety policy, the Roads Task Force and Major Road schemes within the GLA, working with the Deputy Mayor for Transport to develop and oversee delivery in these areas.
