Jennifer Lerus-Roulez

Jennifer was born in France and grew up between Paris and the French Caribbean. After studying International Business Management in Paris she graduated with a Master’s in Conferences and Events Management in London, UK where she started her career.

In addition to a background in event management, Jennifer has experience working in both the private and non-profit sectors where she perfected her expertise managing sponsor relations, research and fundraising strategy.

Jennifer loves travelling, exploring new places, making culinary discoveries and reading about the most random topics! She also loves hiking, cycling, kayaking and anything that involves enjoying the great Canadian outdoors.

Prior to joining the NewCities team, she worked in research, events, and communications at Women in Cities International, a nonprofit that advances women’s safety in urban environments. Hannah has a BA from McGill University in history, film studies, and gender studies.
