Associate Director of Housing, Sidewalk Labs
Annie Koo is the Associate Director of Housing at Sidewalk Labs, the urban innovation arm of Alphabet. She leads the company’s work on housing and affordability alongside a unique team of technologists and urbanists. Prior to Sidewalk, Annie spent time at McKinsey, where she served primarily public finance and housing clients on strategy and operational transformations. She previously worked at the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development, where she held roles in strategic planning and the executive office. She was also a Fulbright Fellow in Singapore focused on public housing and urban development. Annie holds a BA in Architectural Studies from Brown University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
