David is CHBA’s lead on climate resiliency, engaged with both Canadian Standards Association (CSA) and the National Research Council of Canada (NRCC) in the development of resiliency guidelines and standards related to flooding, wind damage and wildfire risk.
David is also a member of CSA’s Construction and Civil Infrastructure Strategic Steering Committee, and serves on the Executive Committee of the Canadian Commission on Construction Material Evaluation (CCCME).
David previously served as the CHBA’s Director of Environmental Affairs and Director of Communications.
