Director of Programs and Partnerships, Toyota Mobility Foundation
Ryan Klem serves as Director of Programs and Partnerships at the Toyota Mobility Foundation, which was established in 2014 to advance the freedom of mobility for more people everywhere. He also serves a concurrent role as an executive in Toyota Motor North America’s Social Innovation group. The two roles focus on system level mobility as well as improving overall mobility for under-served populations.
Previous to his current role, Klem was the Director of Human Resources at TMA and held wide ranging roles across 7 of Toyota’s operations.
Klem began his career at Toyota in 2002 within the HR arena in manufacturing specializing in system development and Training.
Klem holds a bachelor’s degrees in Computer Information Systems and Human Sources Management as well and an M.B.A.
