Timothy grew up in Paris, and after obtaining his BA in History and Politics at the University of York in England, he spent two years working in Spain and London. He then studied for a research degree at the University of Oxford. Having graduated with an M.Phil in 2013, he joined PublicisLive. A history enthusiast, he speaks English, French and Italian fluently and gets by in Spanish.
