ZenCity

ZenCity is an A.I. based analytics dashboard for city governments to gain actionable, real-time’ insights from citizens. By employing A.I. across all communication platforms – social media, municipal platforms, 411 telephone lines – ZenCity helps understand and find actionable trends, topics, and sentiments being expressed about the city and its services. The technology developed by ZenCity allows cities to collect and analyze this information, paving the way for cities to better measure and recognize trends in one of the most important perfomance indicators – citizen experience.

ZenCity is a 2017 Global Urban Innovator showcased at the NewCities Summit 2017 in Incheon Songdo, South Korea.
