Jakob Hougaard

Vice Chair, Copenhagen Health and Care Committee, City of Copenhagen

Jakob Hougaard was elected for city council in 2001 for the Social Democrats and has since 2018 been the vice chairman of the health and care committee. Hougaard was mayor of Employment and Integration from 2006 until 2010. He graduated from the University of Copenhagen in 2006 with a major in anthropology and is currently working as a consultant in a non-profit organisation.
